An integral part of our 'Classroom to Boardroom' model is our Early Careers team. Since 2012, the Dartmouth Early Careers team has established itself as the market leader in their industry. You will be involved in recruiting across spring weeks, internships and graduate roles for some of the most prestigious clients in the space. Alongside this you'll also take a consultative role with not only clients by advising on latest industry trends but also candidates in helping them secure their dream role.
The Early Careers practice is a close-knit, high-performing team made up of over 20 specialists internationally. We are currently looking for graduates to join the team with a summer 2025 start.

Our standard office work schedule comprises five days a week, reflecting our commitment to collaboration and in-person interactions. However, we also offer flexible arrangements, allowing employees the option to work four days in the office to support our colleagues in achieving a healthy work-life balance while ensuring continued productivity and engagement.
