We're a multi-award-winning recruitment agency with a unique 'Classroom to Boardroom' business model, partnering with ambitious businesses to help them identify exceptional talent from school-leavers, all the way up to the C-suite.
Long-term thinking is hard-wired into our DNA. We support our candidates through their whole career journey and assist our clients in finding their most valuable asset - their people.

About the role
We are looking for a Senior-Principal Consultant(+) to join our team and lead the growth of our Investor Relations practice. We've been operating in the IR space since our inception in the US in 2021, and already have an established IR team in London, so following this success and demand, we are now looking for a dedicated specialist in New York.
You will play a key role in building our IR desk with a focus on in-house IR across private equity and credit. Your role will focus on networking and connecting with candidates and clients in a 360 capacity. Business development and origination capabilities are essential to success in this role. We’re a lean, entrepreneurial office, so you will have a direct impact on growing our team and brand in the US.
About you
You'll ideally have agency experience recruiting Investor Relations and a developed network of candidates and clients.
Alternatively, you may have agency experience in adjacent fields such as Private Equity and Credit, or another financial services discipline. You may have experience in-house rather than in an agency, for example, on campus, recruiting for IR, PE, or other financial services positions. 360 experience is preferred, however, we are open to meeting ambitious recruiters with a desire to learn business development.
You'll have a strong attention to detail, be committed to delivering excellence, and you'll be professional. We don't take ourselves too seriously, so you'll also be kind, fun, and a team player!
You're ideally based in New York or Charlotte, or have ambitions to relocate there.
