About the role
Your role will focus on networking with candidates, understanding their key drivers and motivations and becoming an expert in your market. You'll learn the recruitment lifecycle, perfecting your skills not just on day one but throughout your career with us. Our investment in your professional development starts with our market-leading training programme, the Kernel Academy.
You'll develop commercial, meaningful relationships with our client base and, in time, build a client network of your own through consultative business development.
You'll identify and attract market-leading talent through delivering research projects and surveys, building market maps, analysing and reporting market trends, and working on the creation of value-added ED&I events.
You are key to Dartmouth's success and we will invest in your development to help you maximise your opportunity and progress to Consultant (and beyond!)
