Recruitment Consultant - Real Assets
About Dartmouth
Dartmouth is a multi-award-winning recruitment company with a unique 'Classroom to Boardroom' business model. From fast-growing start-ups to PE-backed businesses and FTSE 250, we partner with ambitious businesses to help them identify exceptional talent from school-leavers, all the way up to the C-suite.
Long-term thinking is hard-wired into our DNA. We support our candidates through their whole career journey and assist our clients in finding their most valuable asset - their people.
Our key differentiators? Kindness and excellence.
About the team:
We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join Dartmouth's Real Assets team.
The Real Assets practice has condensed the firm's knowledge base into a specialist offering across Infrastructure and Real Estate. Our functional approach to both sectors allows us to provide our clients with access to talent across multiple areas and advise on future challenges.
Thanks to the wider Dartmouth platform, including our Early Careers team and specialist lateral practices, we can uncover talent far beyond the traditional Real Assets pool. Our consultants are experienced in helping people discover and build careers in this fast‑growing asset class.
With access to networks across Private Equity, IR & Distribution, M&A, Credit, Equities and Corporates, we’re able to build hiring strategies for boutique firms, global powerhouses, and everything in between. Flexibility and speed are core to our commitment to excellence.
About the role:
Knowledge is one of our core values, and you’ll become a go‑to expert for candidates and clients; someone who truly understands the Real Assets space. You’ll play a key role in Dartmouth’s success, and in return, we’ll invest heavily in your professional development through training and clear progression opportunities.
What you'll bring:
Experience in recruitment or a commercial, client-facing role with a keen interest in building a career as a 360 recruiter
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Curiosity about the inner workings of businesses, markets and talent trends
Resilience and drive to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment
Clear, confident communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organised working style
Eagerness to learn and develop deep sector knowledge
Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for growing your own portfolio of clients over time
What you'll get:
A high-performance environment where we take our work seriously but not ourselves
Personalised training from our in-house Performance & Development team
Competitive salary & commission structure up to 50%
Incentives such as lunch clubs, trips abroad and flight vouchers
Private healthcare, wellness and mental health support including access to free counselling services
Regular group-wide celebrations, quarterly events, team nights out and socials
With global offices in London, New York and Charlotte, we're also able to offer international relocation opportunities to the right individuals.
We're changing the game and we want you to change it with us. If people are at the core of everything you do and you want to work in an environment where you can truly be yourself, get in touch.
