An integral part of our 'Classroom to Boardroom' model is our Early Careers team. Since 2012, the Dartmouth Early Careers team has established itself as a market leader in advisory and talent acquisition at the junior level.
The team create bespoke campus programmes and exclusively run apprenticeship, intern and graduate hiring processes for a broad range of clients. The focus being on running end-to-end recruitment solutions from attraction, to screening, to shortlisting, and work closely with clients on the assessment process, programme design through to on-boarding.
The Early Careers team is over 20 people strong and growing. We are currently looking for an experienced 360 recruiter to become an Early Careers specialist.

Our standard office work schedule comprises five days a week, reflecting our commitment to collaboration and in-person interactions. However, we also offer flexible arrangements, allowing employees the option to work four days in the office to support our colleagues in achieving a healthy work-life balance while ensuring continued productivity and engagement.
