About the role
Our Equities & Multi-Asset team identifies and delivers industry-leading professionals to our clients, from Analyst level upwards, working mainly on a retained and exclusive contingent basis.
We place equity research analysts, investment analysts, traders, macro economists and portfolio managers into asset managers, brokerage firms, family offices, fund of funds, hedge funds, and investment banks.
Our growing Equities team combines specialist sector knowledge and a fun, collaborative culture. We're looking to hire an individual with leadership potential to help develop and grow the team. If you have a few years' relevant sector recruitment experience and a hunger to grow a business within an established platform, this could be the right opportunity for you.
What you'll bring
- You’ll be an experienced Equities (sell-side or buy-side) or Multi-Asset front office recruiter
- You will have management experience or at least been involved in developing a business and mentoring others and have the hunger to grow a successful business
- A people-centric attitude with the desire to deliver an exceptional experience
- A values-driven approach to your work and real focus on long-term relationship building
- Ability to adapt in a continuously evolving and innovative environment
