About the role:
The Credit team at Dartmouth have unparalleled expertise and insight into the intricate world of credit recruitment. The team work with clients across Banking, Advisory and Investment placing Associate level professionals through to Managing Directors.
Your role will focus on networking and connecting with candidates across Private Credit, Public Credit, Debt Advisory, and Venture Debt. You'll work to understanding their key drivers and motivations and learn the recruitment lifecycle in our market-leading training camp, the Kernel Academy.
Knowledge is one of our core values, and you will develop thorough sector knowledge, becoming an expert advisor to candidates and clients alike.
In time, your role will develop into a 360 role where you'll own new client relationships through consultative business development.
What you'll bring
· Prior experience in a recruitment, sales or business development related role (required).
· Strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity.
· Bright, engaging, charismatic personality.
· Attention to detail and research skills with a specific interest in becoming a specialist in financial services recruitment.
· Professional maturity and confidence in building long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
