Junior Recruitment Consultant - Real Assets
About Dartmouth
Dartmouth is a multi-award-winning recruitment company with a unique 'Classroom to Boardroom' business model. From fast-growing start-ups to PE-backed businesses and FTSE 250, we partner with ambitious businesses to help them identify exceptional talent from school-leavers, all the way up to the C-suite.
Long-term thinking is hard-wired into our DNA. We support our candidates through their whole career journey and assist our clients in finding their most valuable asset - their people.
Our key differentiators? Kindness and excellence.
About the team
Dartmouth's Real Assets Practice has condensed the firm's knowledge base into a specialist offering across Infrastructure and Real Estate. Our functional approach to both sectors allows us to provide our clients with access to talent in multiple buckets and advise on future challenges.
The Dartmouth platform, including our Early Careers and other specialist lateral teams, gives us access to talent beyond those already in the asset class. Our specialist consultants have demonstrable experience in helping this wider group discover Real Assets as a potential career path. Dartmouth's platform means we can access information and a network across specialist practice areas including Private Equity, IR & Distribution, M&A, Credit, Equities and Corporates.
We can construct hiring strategies for firms ranging from the smallest boutique to a global powerhouse and offer flexibility to our clients meaning we can deliver at speed if required.
The Dartmouth Real Assets Practice was established in January 2023 and is considered one of the fastest growing areas of the business.
About the role
