Experienced Recruitment Consultant - HR
About Catalyst Partners
Catalyst Partners is a private equity-backed, specialist HR recruitment brand.
When you join Catalyst Partners, you’ll join a team leading an HR recruitment revolution. We are global change-makers on a mission to change the HR recruitment industry by building incredible People and Talent functions across innovative global companies, creating fans, not customers.
We deliver pace without compromise, operating with the pace of a contingent process and the rigour of a retained search; a bold claim, but we’ve found the sweet spot.
As part of the wider Kernel platform, which includes sister brands Pure Search and Dartmouth Partners, we offer unparalleled opportunities to collaborate, cross-sell, and leverage a global network.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record in the HR space. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding recruitment services. We have bespoke learning and development programmes, rapid career progression, and a values-led culture to drive your success.
Key Responsibilities
Full 360 Recruitment Cycle: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates within HR roles.
Business Development: Proactively identify and engage new clients, build strong relationships, and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Client Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a network of HR professionals, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with HR trends and provide market intelligence to clients and candidates.

· A people-centric attitude with the desire to do the basics brilliantly.
· A values-driven approach to your work.
· Ability to adapt in a continuously evolving and innovative environment.
What you'll get
· A high-performance environment where we take our work seriously but not ourselves
· Personalised training from our in-house Performance & Development team
· Competitive salary & commission structure up to 50%
· Incentives such as lunch clubs, flight vouchers, and trips abroad
· Private healthcare, wellness and mental health support including access to free counselling services
· A strong culture calendar, regular team nights out and socials (think Barry's bootcamp, sports days, Kernel bake-off and more!)
With global group offices in London, New York, Charlotte and Hong Kong, we can also offer international secondment and relocation opportunities to the right individuals.
Our Culture
Our standard office work schedule comprises five days a week, reflecting our commitment to collaboration and in-person interactions. However, we also offer flexible arrangements, allowing employees the option to work four days in the office to support our colleagues in achieving a healthy work-life balance while ensuring continued productivity and engagement.
