Experienced Recruiter - Legal Private Practice

What's the role?
This is an opportunity for an experienced legal recruiter to be part of the continuing growth of our legal private practice desk. You will have the opportunity to leverage well-established companywide relationships to support the growth of our legal private practice offering. Utilising the knowledge of the current team, made up of both legal professionals and experienced recruiters, you will be able to offer consultative solutions to clients and become known as an industry expert.
You will be responsible for business development, generating candidates through referrals, marketing, networking, and client contacts. You’ll also be involved in writing topical thought pieces and hosting events, podcasts, and breakfast forums with industry leaders in your market.
What are we looking for?
- Experience working in a staffing and recruitment firm
- Demonstrable placement and origination track record
- Experience in the legal recruitment market in particular with private practice clients
- Self-motivated and resilient personality
- Relationship builder with a confident, ‘can-do’ attitude
