About the role
Dartmouth’s Equities team was established in 2016. We place investment analysts, traders, economists, and portfolio managers into asset managers, family offices, fund of funds, and hedge funds as well as sell-side research & sales roles into investment banks and brokerage firms. We are a small tight-knit team with huge potential for growth and further specialisation.
We are looking for an Associate to join the team who is interested in the sectors we recruit into and would like to develop into a 360 consultant.
Your initial role will focus on networking and connecting with candidates, understanding their key drivers and motivations, and learning the recruitment lifecycle in our market-leading training camp, the Associate Academy. You will also identify and attract talent through writing adverts, building market maps, headhunting, and producing market reports.
Knowledge is one of our core values, and you will develop thorough sector knowledge, becoming an expert advisor to candidates and clients alike. You will work closely with your team to develop relationships with existing clients and, in time, develop your own new client relationships through consultative business development.
